*As of June 16, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded. Clarkston Building CC 2nd Floor Laboratory Cabinet Replacement at the Clarkston Campus of Georgia State University, Clarkston, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Firms determined by the Owner to be the most qualified for this project, will be invited to offer Competitive Sealed Bids for these services All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and additional terms and conditions listed in the Owners Request for Qualifications / Request for Competitive Sealed Bids (RFQ/RFP). GSU reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of GSU. The scope of work for this project will include a includes replacing existing lab casework and, fume hoods and fixed equipment, along with new walls and doors where required to meet ADA and current code requirements. The scope of work will also include disconnecting existing and providing new connections to the rooms new fixed equipment. New lighting will also be provided. Georgia State University is renovating the three existing teaching labs and support space located on the second floor of the Clarkston CC Building. The CC Building is located on the GSU Clarkston Campus in Clarkston, Georgia. The renovation area includes approximately 4,000 gsf.
