San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms in response to this Request for Qualifications for On-Call Professional Services, RFQ #20-001. The Selected Consultants shall provide the required staff, resources, and expertise to perform and complete task orders for this Project, including but not limited to, the subject areas detailed below: Planning, Permitting and Environmental Route-specific and system-wide service, capital, and financial planning Agency strategic planning Environmental review (CEQA and NEPA) Resource agency consultation and permitting Feasibility studies Issue-specific planning such as intermodal service delivery, facilities planning, station access planning and parking management Project controls for capital development Surveys and data collection Due diligence (financial capacity) of contractors bidding on WETA projects Project and construction management Marine Engineering Vessel and facility configurations Vessel and facility inspection services Related systems and equipment Preventative maintenance and repairs Vendor maintenance and repair oversight Warranty claims Environmental and regulatory compliance Life-cycle costing and value engineering Facility maintenance and repair protocols and procedures Hazardous materials management and spill prevention The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
