The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to secure prices and establish a Term Contract to Furnish and Install Playground Equipment, Outdoor Fitness Equipment, Surfacing, and Fabric Shade Structures, as specified herein. Further, in order to protect the integrity of the award process, all questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via electronically no later than 5:00 p.m. EST, on April 30, 2020. Contract duration: 5 years The District reserves the right to reject bids where evidence submitted, investigation and/or evaluation, is determined to indicate inability of the bidder to perform.
