Clarification Deadline: 5/6/2020 5:00 PM Realignment of part of Heindel Road, Replacement of culvert under Heindel Road, Installation of curb and sidewalk along Heindel Road, Access Drive and Pleasant Acres Road A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the York County Board of Commissioners in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. The York County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
