As of March 9, 2022, per the owner the General and Electrical contracts have been awarded. There will not be a plumbing contract for this project. The general contractor will be responsible for the plumbing work. York County Offices - Pleasant Valley Road Renovation - General Building Construction; Plumbing Construction; Electrical Construction Requests for clarification are due Thursday, January 20, 2022 4:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. Project Description: Project consists of renovations to the West Wing of the existing Pleasant Valley Road Facility including demolition of existing demising walls, finishes, and materials; and construction of new office and meeting space for York County. Estimated construction cost is $2-$3.5 million
