The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ("ITB") is to establish a Contract to perform site work and construction of a new foundation associated with the installation of a new 1800 square foot manufactured home located at the Sandy Fish Hatchery for the benefit of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The Work will take place in Clackamas County, Oregon. Construction to include concrete foundation/runners complete with split face CMLJ block skirting. Construction of front and rear decks, stairs, and railings to code. Sewer, water, and electrical hook-ups, gutter installation, site restoration, and asphalt driveway The following is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $35,000 - $40,000 If the Bid Amount is $50,000 or greater: Prevailing wage rates shall apply. (BOLI), Region 2, Clackamas County If the Bid Amount is less than $50,000: Prevailing Wage rates shall NOT apply. Liquidated damages of $500 per day will apply to the contract resulting from this ITB.
