Renovation of a water / sewer project in Willowbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown. Bids transmitted by email or facsimile (fax) will not be accepted. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, here are some process changes to the solicitations for bids and proposals including bid openings: 1) Bid openings will not be open to the public. Following current standard practice, all bid openings will be attended by two County employees. 2) Procurement will accept electronic bid submissions and electronic signatures. 3) Bids do not have to be notarized before submission. 4) Bids may be dropped off to the County by appointment only. The County is strongly encouraging electronic submission for all bids. Contact the buyer for the arrangement. The structure is a 125,000-gallon spheroid elevated water storage tank with a low water line of 100 feet located on Kingery Quarter in Downers Grove Township, Illinois.
