Lump Qty: 1552 sq ft) Concrete Panel Single-Stage MSE Retaining Wall (R-879A)(Est. Lump Qty: 957 sq ft) The project is to be completed: to be determined by competitive bid. A prime contractor is subject to qualified health insurance requirements if the prime contract is in the amount of $2,000,000 or greater. A subcontractor is subject to qualified health insurance requirements if the subcontract is in the amount of $1,000,000 or greater.The Contractor shall demonstrate compliance with qualified health insurance requirements at the time of the execution of each initial prime contract.
