Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Henefer, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and development.
The Project includes the following Work: o Construction of a 4 acre-foot HDPE lined storage pond with earthen embankment, gravel access road, perimeter fence and gate, steel outlet screen structure, and riprap channel overflow spillway o 4,860 feet of 14-inch HDPE transmission pipeline, 180 feet of 12-inch HDPE inlet/outlet pipe, and a river crossing across the Weber River with 8-inch HDPE carrier pipe and steel casing o A pump station pumping from the Weber River including an intake screen structure, large precast concrete wet well, two (2) 30 Hp short set vertical turbine pumps, pipe discharge manifold, and electrical equipment The Project is expected to be substantially complete by May 15, 2025. Question Deadline 08/21/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
