Site work for a water / sewer project in Woodland Hills, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Woodland Hills (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Broad Hollow Tank Well Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: Improvements to be made to the existing Broad Hollow Well, including (Schedule 1) electrical upgrades to 3-phase power, electrical equipment upgrades, backup generator connection and fuel pump installation, removal and replacement of well pump and piping, metal fabrication, and interior finishes. The project will also include (Schedule 2) access road improvements to construct an asphalt surface access road. Bids will be received for single contract. Q&A due no later than: 8/21/24 to All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing at matt.l@jonesanddemille.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
