Woodland Hills City is seeking qualified contractors for on-call repairs, maintenance, and emergency repair projects of the water system, sewer system, roads, and other City owned facilities. The City will select a pool of qualified contractors for a duration of 1 year with up to 4 - 1 year renewals for a total of 5 years (contractor's flat rates will be reviewed and adjusted annually). The contractors will perform on-call general services (during regular work hours), and on-call emergency services (outside of regular work hours) replacement, repair, inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and rehabilitation work for city-owned facilities, which includes, but is not limited to, water and sewer infrastructure, road damage or failure, and other on-call services as deemed necessary by the City.
