As of September 17, 2024 the project has commenced construction with demolition which is wrapping up. All trades have been awarded. A new middle school building will be built on a undeveloped lot.. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Upon receipt of a contract exceeding $50,000.00, the successful Contractor AND PAYMENT: shall furnish to the Owner (at the CM/Owner's option) a 100 percent Performance and Payment Bond in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Construction is expected to start late second quarter 2024. The value listed is that of the total project value. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
