construction of the following Project: Nibley City Culinary Water Well BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this Contract on or before a date specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the CONTRACT within 90 consecutive calendar days thereafter. BIDDER further agrees to pay liquidated damages, the sum of $ 1000 , for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as provided in Section 15 of the GENERAL CONDITIONS. This BID will remain open for sixty (60) days after the date of Bid Opening. If awarded the Contract, the BIDDER will sign the Agreement and submit the security and the other documents required by the CONTRACT within ten (10) days after the date of the OWNER'S "Notice of Award". CHANGE IN SCOPE OF WORK The Owner may at any time, as the need arises, order changes within the scope of the Work without invalidating the Agreement. If such changes increase or decrease the amount due under the Contract Documents, or affect the time required for performance of the Work, an equitable adjustment shall be authorized by Change Order.
