Forest Hill Park Maintenance Building Repair The City Of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the Forest Hill Park Maintenance Building Repair project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to site work, demolition, structural and architectural; including concrete and masonry, wood framing and rough carpentry, metal fabrications, exterior finish carpentry, thermal and air barrier systems, roofing, doors and interior finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. General Information. The project includes demolition of an existing wood framed carport and storage structure, and construction of a new timber framed carport, with an attached conditioned masonry storage building. The project also includes repairs to an existing slate roof, associated structural repairs, gutter and downspout replacement, and removal and replacement of a wood stair on the second floor of the adjacent maintenance building. Replacement of the boundary fence, manual gate, and grading including replacement stone surfacing. And placement of a generator.
