Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Office Suite Renovation at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, Downtown Campus, and the construction of the renovation of a portion of Burnette Hall at the Parham Road Campus, Project Code # 260-AP2021-007, located in Richmond, Virginia. The project at the Downtown Campus is generally described as a partial interior renovations on the first and third floors of an existing six-story building. The space will be used as a tutoring center, faculty offices and a food pantry for a community college. The project at Burnette Hall is generally described as a partial interior renovation on the first floor of an existing two-story building. The space will be used as a tutoring center and faculty offices for a community college.
