The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary to complete the project, and shall pro-vale for for all disposal/recycling of project-generated wastes. Project components include establish-ing access routes and a laydown area, installing and maintaining temporary erosion and sediment; control (TESC) measures, clean-ing of pavement cracks and sur-faces, repair (sealing, or routing and sealing) of pavement cracks, removal of vegetation growing in pavement cracks and joints, removal and replacement of the upper three inches of pavement within areas designated for repaving, repair/replacement of pavement in specified plant removal locations, and application of a seal coat surface treatment, throughout the project area..
