Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Estimated Cost: Phase 1 = $645,629.60 ; Phase 2 = $2,444,497.50 (Federally Funded by CDBG Funds) The project generally consists of the site and building accessibility improvements in conformance with the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) Standards (2015) which include, but are not limited to: selective demolition and removal work; building renovation; grading; paving; and performing miscellaneous work appurtenant to the project. As issued in Addendum No. 1 to this solicitation, the scheduled pre-bid conference for April 29, 2020 was cancelled. However, if parties of five (5) people or less wish to enter the buildings to examine the site, please contact Ms. Lori Maumalanga at (808) 768-6727 or Ms. Kathy Cho at (808) 768-6721 of the Department of Parks and Recreation to schedule an appointment. Face masks must be worn and social distancing must be practiced. Goals for Minority Participants for Each Trade 69.7% Goals for Female Participants for Each Trade 6.9%
