Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
**As of June 13, 2023, project was awarded to Gundaker Works LLC, awarded amount is $797,216.35.** A performance and payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract price. The work shall generally consist of in-kind removal and replacement of existing deteriorated portions of metal pre-fabricated framing, translucent corrugated roof panels, and existing shade cloth system, minor repairs to the existing metal gutter and flashing, grout at top of CMU stem wall, manual/motor-driven louver system, and cleaning/coating of exposed metal framing members.
