Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of July 24, 2020, project was awarded to HPS Mechanical., Inc., in the amount of $1,317,391.69. The scope of work includes demolition and reconstruction of Lift Station 1 and site improvements at Lift Stations 13 and 14. The work includes, but is not limited to, traffic handling, sewer bypass, concrete demolition, trenching, abandoning of existing facilities, relocation of electrical components, concrete construction, new manholes, new wet wall, new valve vault, wet wall coating, pipe modification, pipe relocation, undergoing of electrical conduit installation of artificial turf, including all associated facilities, appurtenances, and incidentals as shown on the Plans, in conformance with the provisions in the Specifications, and as directed by the Engineer.
