Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The mandatory participation level for National Targeted Workers is 15%. License Requirements: Class A Type of Award: Lump Sum Liquidated Damages:$500.00 Per Calendar Day Project Duration:45 Working Days after the Notice to Proceed The scope of work includes site improvements at Lift Stations 15 and 16. The work includes, but is not limited to, traffic handling, sewer bypass, concrete demolition for suction bypass assemblies and H-20 rated drain boxes, wet well, chamber, valve vault and manhole coatings, replacement of light pole head, and installation of a safety grate in the existing wet wells and valve vaults, block wall removal, concrete patching and removal of obsolete piping and equipment, including all associated facilities, appurtenances, and incidentals, as shown on the Plans, in conformance with the provisions in the Specifications, and as directed by the Engineer. Prospective Bidders are encouraged to attend since City Staff will be present to answer any questions regarding the Specifications, and there may be an inspection tour of the job site(s). The Specifications describing this project have been carefully prepared. Any questions or concerns relating to these Specifications shall be directed in writing to the designated Procurement Specialist of the Purchasing Division (see cover page) and shall be sent by facsimile to the RightFax number on the cover page.
