Bidders shall furnish a bid guaranty in the form of a bid bond, or certified treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, made payable to LYNX. The amount of such guaranty shall be equal to five percent of the bid price. The penal amount of the performance bonds shall be $100% on the Contract Value. LYNX may secure additional protection by directing the Proposer to increase the amount of the existing bond or to obtain an additional bond. See RFP 20-R11 Exhibit E Section A.2.II. for more details.
