The City of South Fulton is soliciting for a contractor that is GDOT Pre Qualified for a Culvert Replacement on Cascade Rd Over Branch of Utoy Creek. All communications regarding this solicitation must be with Drexal Paulk, Procurement Officer, City of South Fulton. Contact with any Official, Employee or other City of South Fulton representatives other than the Procurement Officer of this ITB is violation of the solicitation, "No Contact During Procurement Process". City of South Fulton Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Performance bond is 100% of the contract amount and Payment Bond is 110% of contract price. If the Contract is awarded, it will be awarded to the lowest reliable bidder whose bid shall have met all the prescribed requirements. A preconstruction conference is required with, at a minimum, City of South Fulton, Contractor, any subcontractors, and other City of South Fulton designees. All bids shall be based on the project design plans. Bidders must be on the approved Georgia Department of Transportation's (GDOT) contractor or sub- contractors list.
