Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general the work consists of: removing of existing asphaltic pavement and base aggregate,saw cutting asphalt and concrete, grading, shaping and compacting the base aggregate, placing concrete and hot mix asphaltic pavement. Additional work includes installation of communication conduit and handholes, concrete sidewalk, culvert pipes, manhole and, erosion control, pavement marking, traffic control, and site restoration. A pre-bid tour will not be held for this project.
