Renovation of a mixed-use development in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,368-square-foot library.
As of January 19, 2021, an award has not yet been made. In general the work consists of: The installation of mechanical repair anchors for stabilizing brick veneer at six locations of 228 square feet each, on the exterior façade of the David A. Cofrin Library building. Each area is located between the third and fourth floors of the building. Work includes mortar pointing of the anchor installation. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsins prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements. Project Location: University of Wisconsin - Green Bay David A. Cofrin Library 2420 Nicolet Drive Green Bay, WI 54311
