Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The estimate for construction is between $2.5 and $3 million. The Project is a Joint Venture Project between the City of Salem (Owner) and Salem Rotary. The Owner is preparing the site and the Rotary is constructing the Amphitheater. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, services and equipment necessary for the construction of the Civil Sitework Improvements. This work includes, but is not limited to: Grading, drainage improvements, walls, PCC flatwork, AC paving, site electrical, landscaping, and fencing. No pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for this project. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.
