Opportunity Summary The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking one qualified contractor to grind, evaluate and compact sub-base, and repave and re-stripe parking lot at the ODOT Mill Creek office building. Bidders shall provide pricing and other information on the forms provided in the Invitation to Bid. Click on the Attachments Exist folder to download the Invitation to Bid (which contains the specifications in Section 9.) The selected Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract, executed in favor of the State of Oregon, to ensure faithful performance of the Contract and payment for services and goods Project Scope: The scope of this project is to provide all transportation, freight, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, permits, and necessary materials to grind entire specified area, repair any base issues, re-pave entire parking lot and re-stripe parking lot, at the Oregon Department of Transportation - Mill Creek Office Building, located at 555 13 th Street NE, Salem, Oregon 97301. I. SCHEDULING OF CONTRACT 1. The Contractor must contact the Project Manager at least three days prior to start of work. The Project Manager for this work is identified as Brett Timm, Region 2 Facilities Construction Project Manager. Mr. Timm can be reached at (541) 910-7221 or (541) 910-7409. 2. Work will be accomplished during normal working hours (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), weekends and Holidays with the Project Manager's approval. 3. Contractor has until June 15, 2021 to complete project.
