DESCRIPTION: Scope of work includes the following repairs and improvements to the City of Fairfield Sports Center - Repair existing fire damaged men's and women's restrooms at the main level - Repair existing fire damaged men's restroom at lower level - Convert existing men's and women's locker rooms to storage rooms - Install two (2) new accessible all-gender restroom in the current building lobby - Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems provided or modified within the areas of work, including a new exterior sanitary tie-in on the east side of the building (see project documents for more). Accessible All Gender Restrooms: All work associated with construction of the new Accessible All Gender Restrooms 124, 125, including associated modifications to (E)Lobby 101, including full compensation for furnishing materials, labor, equipment, tools and doing all required work, as specified herein, as shown on the plans and as directed by the CM and no additional compensation will be allowed therefore. Bid Guaranty and Bonding Requirements are as follows: (a) a bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid price must be submitted with bid proposal, (b) the successful bidder shall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of total bid price.
