Expansion of the landfill gas collection and control system. Complete the work within 15 Working days. No Pre-Bid meeting If the bid schedule includes alternative or additive items or additive groups, the bid bond must equal atleast 10% of the bid plus all alternatives and additives. Both the payment and performance bonds must be executed by one and only one surety. Prevailing wages are required on this Contract. The Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations determines the general prevailing wage rates. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. Inquires or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be submitted as a bidder inquiry prior to 5:00 p.m. on the Friday before the week of bid opening. Submittals after this date will not be addressed. Questions pertaining to this Project prior to Award of the Contract shall be directed to the Project Manager (805) 448-7098 . In order to bid and/or perform public work, a contractor or subcontactor shall be currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and be qualified to perform pubic works pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Labor Code.
