Playground Renovation project scope includes but is not limited to Contractor shall furnish and install a playground replacement as described in the contract documents. Including: all labor, equipment and materials needed for: installation and construction of a new "Nature Based Play Style" Playground including: play equipment, engineered wood fiber surfacing, concrete curbs, vinyl covered protective mats, special play area structures and spaces, benches, and receptacles. Tree disposition and installation of new trees, sod, and plant materials and restoration as needed. Contractor shall provide and install all Playground and Park Equipment by a CPSI certified installer. Additional scope as identified in Contract Documents. General Contractor shall have at least five years in business and the Contractor must have successfully completed at least two (2) commercial projects of similar size and scope.
