Site work for an educational facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Portland Public Schools, School District No.1J, Multnomah County, Oregon seeks responses from qualified firms for provision of trash enclosure. Experienced firms are invited to submit a bid for consideration by the District. For further information contact Brandon Niles at 503-916-3031 or purchasing@pps.net. PPS is conducting a major parking lot repair to Rieke Elementary beginning in Mid-May. Included in this project, but under a separate permit and contract will be a trash enclosure as required by City of Portland. This will be a CMU structure per plans and specifications provided by Studio Petretti dated 04/27/20 and all pertaining City of Portland codes and specifications and will include a sewer tie-in. Contractor shall coordinate with PPS special inspection consultant and provide sign-off of inspection(s) as a condition of payment for invoicing. Contractor to provide construction fencing as needed to create a safe and secure construction zone. Contractor responsible for bringing sewer trench back to original finish grade and to account for settling of soil. Contractor shall make a good faith effort to leave area of construction in condition safe for riding mowers to operate. Contractor shall be responsible for erosion control requirements.
