Site work for a water / sewer project in Bigelow, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Eco Construction Inc, acting as Construction Manager for East End School District will be receiving bids for trade contract packages for drainage improvements at Anne Watson Elementary, in Bigelow, AR 72016. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered. Sealed bids will be received for the following trade packages: 1.Demolition, Earthwork, and Storm Drainage 2.Cast-in-Place Concrete Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $20,000, in accordance with the Instructions to bidder. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor's License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Eco Construction, and East End School District encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses to submit bids for this project.
