Site work and paving for a civil project in New Braunfels, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project consists of site improvements for CCSUDs Nelson Well No. 2. Improvements including the installation of the following: 12-inch waterline, all-weather access road, security fence, emergency generator and electrical improvements. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each proposal. The successful respondent will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of the contract, written by a responsible Surety Company, authorized to do business in the State of Texas. Proposals will be received for a single Contract. Proposals shall be provided on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. The project will be awarded to the highest scoring respondent based on set evaluation criteria (included in the Bidding Documents). A Respondents failure to respond to the requested qualifications inquiry may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. Proposals may be held by CCSUD for a period not to exceed 60 days from the due date of the proposals for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and researching respondents qualifications prior to the contract award.
