Renovation of an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University of Ottawa is seeking to prequalify General Contractors for a project to renovate and bring up to current standards two classrooms in Hamelin Hall in 2020 and two classrooms in Tabaret Hall and Hagen Hall in 2021. The first two classrooms are to be completed by end of August 2020. The award of the work is scheduled for June 2020 through a CCDC2 contract and the University's Supplementary Conditions which are included. Documents are available at www.merx.com Owner does not release Bid Results. Project will be updated once Awarded Contractor details are announced.
