Renovation of an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University of Ottawa is seeking bids from General contractors to modernize two elevators in Montpetit Hall on the downtown Campus. Work of this Contract comprises the modernization of the P1 and P2 elevators complete with all electrical upgrades, a new mechanical cooling system located in the 5th floor machine room at Montpetit Hall as well as well as new walkway from the elevator room to the roof access as per contract documents. Asbestos abatement as described in the attached project specific Designated Substances Report.
