Reading Area Community College is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for Architectural and Mechanical repairs as detailed within the RFP. Work involves replacing the existing Fire Pump in Berks Hall, to include controls. Contractor will be responsible for furnishing a complete and certified installation. Information that appears to be contradictory and not brought to the attention of Reading Area Community College prior to the bid opening, will be interpreted by RACC without objection and in Reading Area Community Colleges best interest. Clarification Deadline 5/18/2020 10:00 AM Reading Area Community College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all portions of any bid or proposal submitted, to waive any irregularities or technicalities in any bid or proposal, and to make the award(s) in the best interest of the College.
