2025 Road Program Project This project consists of but is not limited to the full-depth reconstruction of Hancock Boulevard and the resurfacing of multiple roadways located within the City of Reading. The project also includes related items such as the replacement of curb, inlets, inlet tops, pavement markings, and loop detection systems. The City reserves the right to modify the order or priority of roads to be reconstructed/repaved, to suit the needs of the City at any time during the life of this contract. Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal. A certified check or bid bond will be accepted. The City of Reading reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to accept or reject any part of a bid, as may be in the public interest. Question Deadline 02/10/2025 at 4:00 PM ET
