Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of improvements and upgrades of components within the Authority's activated sludge aeration system. Replace existing positive displacement blowers with four(4) new helical screw hybrid blowers with controls, including new variable frequency drive (VFD); a new dissolved oxygen monitoring system ;existing Blower Building improvements, including repainting of walls and ceiling interior; electrical and HVAC upgrades; aeration tanks ;minor concrete repairs; replacing the existing walkway and existing grating with new structural grating; and installation of four (4) suction stand pipes within the existing aeration tanks. The Work will be performed under three Contracts as follows: HVAC Construction Question Deadline 01/23/2025 at 4:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted through online The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders ,to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid
