CONTRACT NO. 2024-01 GENERAL / PROCESS MECHANICAL CONTRACT NO. 2024-02 ELECTRICAL Spook Lane 1.0 MG Water Storage Tank Project Question Deadline 11/27/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via PennBid Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Mount Penn Borough Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. The Project includes the following Work: Contract No. 1 generally consists of the construction of a new 1.0-million-gallon AWWA D110 style water storage tank, associated water main, existing concrete tank demolition, valve vault modifications, Grandview Booster Pump Station piping and control valve additions, site restoration, pavement restoration, creek relocation, and bypass pumping. Contract No. 2 generally consists of the construction of a new electricalservice and meter base, power and control raceway wiring, panels, switches, Grandview Booster Pump Station modifications, miscellaneous electrical and control devices, instrumentation and site lighting.
