Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of January 6, 2023, a construction manager has been selected and this project is in the planning phase. Information regarding an architect has not yet been released. Construction is expected to begin in May of 2027 and complete in August of 2027. Bond fund $598 million of work over 30 years The referendum would provide the funding needed to make these minor updates at R.E.A.L.: SAFETY & SECURITY: • Install emergency backup generator FOOD SERVICE SPACES: • Expand grab-and-go serving line with new equipment INFRASTRUCTURE: • Address building maintenance (exterior masonry, HVAC updates, retro-commissioning) • Resolve drainage issues, preventative maintenance on parking lot As of May 4, 2020, the bond was passed and approved by the voters on April 7, 2020.
