The Project is located at the intersections of Central Avenue & Joseph Street and Washington Boulevard & Jerome Avenue, and is described as follows: The project will install pedestrian bulb outs, curb ramps, and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) Systems at Central Avenue & Joseph Street and Washington Boulevard & Jerome Avenue. Time for Completion The planned time frame for commencement and completion of construction of the Project is 60 working days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. License This Project requires a valid California contractor's license for the following classification(s): Class A or a combination of C8 & C10 license. Contractors bidding as a joint venture must secure a joint venture license prior to award of the Contract for the Project. DIR Registration City may not accept a Bid Proposal from, or enter into the Contract with, a bidder without proof that the bidder is registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") to perform public work under Labor Code Section 1725.5, subject to limited legal exceptions. Bid Proposal Form Each bid must be submitted using the Bid Proposal form provided with the Contract Documents.
