The County of Sacramento, Department of Waste Management and Recycling is releasing this RFB for retaining a Contractor for the purchase, installation and removal of camera equipment on an as needed basis for the department's fleet of waste collection equipment. The selected Contractor shall be required to enter into a one-year agreement with the County for an initial one-year term from the date of full execution of the agreement. The agreement may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods upon mutual consent of both parties. The County estimates it will need a number of camera equipment purchases, installations and removals for each of the bid items listed under the Requirements for the first year of the Agreement; however the County makes no guarantee that it shall purchase the estimated number of cameras, installations and removals listed. Deadline for submitting written questions 5/12/2020 by 4:00 PM.
