Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Questions will be accepted until 5:00 P.M., prevailing time, May 29, 2020. Questions must be submitted in writing electronically. A Bid Bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to City of Harrisburg in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum Bid must be deposited by each bidder with his Bid. The City of Harrisburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make an award which is in the best interest of the City. The Owner fully intends to construct the work for which bids are solicited. However, the Owner specifically reserves the right, which all bidders acknowledge by submission of a bid, to reduce quantities and/or eliminate projects to meet available finances. Reduction of quantities or elimination of projects will not constitute grounds of additional or compensatory charges to the low bidder.
