Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Clintwood, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Industrial Development Authority of Dickenson County, Virginia is requesting bids for the Demolition of Clintwood High School, Clintwood High School Annex, Haysi High School, and Associated Structures in Dickenson County, Virginia. Scope includes abatement of remaining hazardous materials, demolition of certain above ground structures associated with the mentioned facilities as well as any below grade foundations. A bid bond in the amount of 5% is required. The Contractor, in performance of this contract, shall comply with all applicable Equal Opportunity requirements. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids. Bidders must certify that they do not or will not maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on the basis of race, color, creed, or national origin.
