Renovation of a museum in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Replace the existing split HVAC system with five (5) new and more energy efficient systems for the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Park. Period of Performance: 05/25/2020 to 07/24/2020 The point of contact for the site visit is Elvis Babilonia via email at elvis_babilonia@nps.gov. The site visit is limited to one person per firm and is anticipated to take 1-3 hours to complete. All interested parties are highly encouraged to arrive no later than 09:15 am EST for the briefing and departure time. Due to the COID-19 pandemic, it is highly encouraged that all interested parties who plan to participate in the site visit bring their own safety/protective mask and adhere to all social distancing restrictions. All questions shall be submitted in writing in accordance with the instructions outlined in this solicitation. The due date for receipt of questions is 4:00 pm EST May 11, 2020.
