Renovation of an educational facility in Gig Harbor, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Pre--Bid Conference: Please email Sam Rosendahl sam@greenegasaway.coin and Stephen Black stephen@fiarchitecture.com to schedule your appointment at least 2 days prior to the date noted above. Attendees shall conform to current PPE guidelines from the CDC, WA Dept of Health and WA Dept of LAM. Bid Documents Return: Deposits will be returned to Bidders upon return of the Bid Documents to ARC in good condition within 10 days following Bid Opening, Bid Bond: Accompany each Bid with a certified check, cashier's check, or surety company bid bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the Base Bid, Make payable to Peninsula School District No. 401. Right to Reject: The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in the bid-ding, and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interests of the Owner. Withdraw of Bid: Bidders may not withdraw bids after time set for the Bid Opening, unless Award of Contract is delayed for a period, of exceeding 45 days.
