The project is located at multiple sites: Placerville Library, 345 Fair Lane, Placerville ; and Buildings A & B, 330 - 360 Fair Lane, Placerville, California in El Dorado County. The Work to be done as shown on the Plans, generally consists of, but is not limited to: A. T he furnishing of all labor, materials , and equipment for the roof rehabilitation as shown or required per the contract documents. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. B. The contract time shall be Sixty ( 6 0 ) calendar days for the Placerville Library and Ninety ( 9 0) calendar days for Buildings A&B . C. For bonding purposes the estimated project cost is approximately $ 580,000 .
