Renovation of a mixed-use development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
BID SECURITY in the amount of five percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual. In general, the Project consists of renovation of approximately 1300 sq. ft. of existing office space. Worincludes, but is not limited to demolition of interior walls and finishes. New metal stud wall assemblies, casework, ceilings, floor finishes, doors and frames. Mechanical and electrical includes adjustments to HVAC and new lights and power. Lump-sum Bids will be received on a SINGLE PRIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE ENTIRE WORK including mechanical and electrical work. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn until 60 days after the time stated for receipt of Bids.
