Scope:- 10th & State St. Storm Sewer Extension - The work, in general, includes the laying 180 feet of 15" storm sewer in a portion of existing State Street. The work also includes the necessary demolition of existing improvements to allow for the new work, erosion control, paving removal, finish grading, storm sewer manholes, asphalt paving, sidewalk paving, curb replacement, installing an alley apron, and site restoration. PROJECT LOCATION: 900 BLOCK STATE STREET LA CROSSE, WISCONSIN The work in this contract generally consists of new storm sewer construction in the east half of the 900 block of State Street, with a new tie-in to existing storm sewer in the intersection of 10 th & State. Connection to new storm sewer in the new midblock alley, on the south side of the 900 block of State Street is required as well. All additional work, such as concrete curb & gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, alley aprons, pavement, grading, and various appurtenances are as detailed in the project manual. Specifications for this work shall be based upon the WisDOT 2025 Highway and Structure Standard Details and drawings, with any discrepancies superseded by the City of La Crosse 2025 Standard Specifications & Procedures and Details, and with any additional discrepancies superseded by those specifications and details herein this project's materials, including these special specifications, the Project Manual, and any attached appendices, plans sheets, or details.
