Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Manistee, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.

**As of January 11, 2024 project will be rebid. Architectural and site improvements for the City of Manistee historic Fire Station. The improvements include exterior cleaning, stripping, and tuckpoint of the brick and stone façade, stripping and painting of windows and trim and/or replacement of windows. New service and overhead doors, driveway approach, parking lot improvements, drainage improvements and potential wood and concrete floor refinishing/ painting.
