Project Description: New data cabling, paging, clock/bell, and emergency messaging. New audio/visual systems in classrooms, meeting spaces, and large gathering spaces. New access control and lockdown devices, cabling, and controllers. New video surveillance cameras. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied by the following disclosure statements: Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied with bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or money order. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in their judgment, serve the District's best interests.
